In past years a few of us have gone along to the Mana Lions classic car show, supporting Mana Coastguard. It’s always a very pleasant, low-key day and I am sure that it will be of interest to some of our members. This is a week after the Manawatu March Mania run and doesn’t clash with anything else on our calendar. If you’re planning to attend please send us a reply email so that we can let the organisers know the expected numbers – but it’s not essential to register in advance and you can just turn up on the day.

Sunday 22 March 2026 – Plimmerton School

Mana Lions annual Classic Car Show is being held on Sunday 22 March. Plimmerton School have agreed to again provide the school field for the event. The entry fee is $10.00 which covers the driver and all passengers. Proceeds from the day will be donated to Mana Coastguard. The ground will be open from 8.00am and the show will be open to the
public from 10.00am. The finishing time is 2.00pm.
