WEEKEND ITINERARY
Friday 1 May
7:00 pm Formal Registration and Meet & Greet – at our old favourite KR’s Café, 32 Ferguson Street, Feilding. (Our traditional Friday MMM venue.)
Saturday 2 May – (The Manfeild Bit) at Manfeild Circuit Chris Amon
8:15 – 9:30 am Scrutineering at Manfeild
8:30 – 9:20 am “Driver Training and Single Sprints for Novices” – driver tuition session
9:30 – 9:45 am Formula First practice/qualifying session
9:30 am AROC, Trofeo – ERC Drivers’ Briefing for all sprint and race drivers (Race cars to dummy grid before briefing)
9:45 – 10:00 am Practice/qualifying session for all ERC / Trofeo and non-Trofeo Alfa race cars – DON’T MISS IT
10:00 – 11:00 am Formula First 1-hour Enduro Race – watch the young (and not so young) guns go!
10:00 – 10:30 am Whiteboard training for Single Sprint / Novice drivers (venue to be advised)
11:10 am SPRINT & RACE MEETING STARTS
Race 1 – 6 laps, grid start (Race groups determined by times – may be split grids) Sprints until 12:10 pm
12:10 pm Race 2 – Handicap Race A – all race cars (6 laps)
12:00 pm (midday) Lunch May Madness lunches available
12:30 pm (approx.) Lunch break followed by the TRACK EXPERIENCE – a 20-minute track session behind the pace car (Line up on the dummy grid)
1:00 pm (approx.) Second driver tuition session for Driver Training and Single Sprints for Novice competitors (if requested)
1:30 pm (approx.).
• Sprints – 30 minutes
• Race 3 – Handicap Race B – all race cars (6 laps)
• Sprints – 30 minutes
• Race 4 – Reverse Split Grid Race – all race cars (6 laps)
• Sprints – 30 minutes
• Race 5 – All-in Finale (who’s left!) – all race cars (6 laps)5:00 pm Track closes

Requirements
1. AROC membership card or other MSNZ-aailiated club membership for Trofeo – ERC entrants
2. 2026–2027 licences
o Road licence – Single Sprints
o Clubsport M licence – Dual Sprints
o National Race licence – Racing
3. Safety clothing – overalls, underwear and currently approved helmet
4. Fire extinguisher BOLTED to the car (No PK screws – must have two metal securing straps)
5. Cars in neat and tidy condition
6. All cars must be below the 95 dB noise limit
7. Correct harness (if fitted)
8. Note the new Motorsport NZ refuelling requirements – extinguisher and fireproof gear required for refuelling. (Drivers may share equipment)
Saturday Evening – (The Mad Bit)
7:00 pm Meet at The Coach House Museum,127 South Street, Feilding for the Madness Experience Dinner & Prize Giving. This year’s theme: “A” Come
dressed in A-class style – let your imagination run wild!
8:00 pm Dinner and prize-giving commence (no BYO)
Sunday 3 May
9:30 am Morning tea and farewells at Bruce & Bridget Stewart’s abode
